Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Equipment

    Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories that were included in the box.

  • 3.
    Ship or Drop Off

    Securely pack your item and ship it back to our main distribution center using a tracked carrier, or visit one of our retail locations for an in-person return.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
